So much has been written about the science of laughter and its mental, spiritual, health, relationship, leadership and social virtues. Just Google the word or check it out on YouTube and you will find endless items on the subject.

Laughter is our innate ability. As kids, we use to laugh a lot. However, as adults, most of us tend to laugh much less. Some of us hardly laugh at all.

Our lives seem so complicated. We have bigger problems…. And, we take ourselves so seriously. No wonder our stress levels are so high!

If you want to feel better, be happier and even improve your health, laugh more. It will help! Research shows that

Research shows that laughter can enhance our creativity and productivity. And, we all know that laughter makes relationships better.

When we laugh we express and show our authentic self. We touch others and remind them that life is good, we have possibilities and we can be happy.

Laughter is contagious so it is an easy way to inspire others.
